Admission Information and Registration Requirements
Step 1: Meet Admission Requirements.
CNA Program Applicants MUST:
Be able to read, write, and speak English.
Be in good health and able to bend, twist, lift at least 50 pounds, and be free from communicable disease.
Not be listed on the Nurse Aide Registry in revoked status; Cannot be listed as an unemployable on the Employee Misconduct Registry (EMR) and cannot have been convicted of a criminal offense as listed in Texas Health and Safety Code 250.006.
Provide a copy of your Driver's License, ID card or Passport.
Provide a copy of your Social Security Card.
You will also need to buy a pair of black scrubs to be worn during class and clinical labs.
Step 2: Register for Program.
Certified Nurse Aide Hybrid Course:

You must register and complete the CBT online course in order to attend this class. Click here for instructions to access and register for the CBT Course. If you have any issues with registration for this course, reach out to us via phone or email.
Pay $100.00 Registration fee, check dates of upcoming CNA Hybrid Course found on the home page and email certificate given at the end of the CBT course and the class date you would like to attend to trinityhealthcareservicestx@gmail.com.

Once registration fee and certificate received you will receive an email with first day instructions.
Traditional Certified Nurse Aide Course:

Once the registration form and $100.00 Registration fee are received email with class start date and first day instructions will be sent to the email on the registration form.
Note: We must have at least 2 students to confirm in order to have this course.
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and CNA Renewal:
Please submit and inquiry form for further information.
Step 3: Pay the non-refundable registration fee.
You must pay the registration fee when you submit the registration form.
